Orange Bread for the Bread Machine

This bread has a touch of sweetness and is lovely toasted, or used in bread pudding.

Ingredients

·         225ml orange juice

·         60ml hot water

·         15g butter or margarine

·         4 tablespoons caster sugar

·         475g strong bread flour

·         1 teaspoon salt

·         2 tablespoons orange zest

·         1 (7g) sachet dried active baking yeast

1. Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the White Bread or Basic cycle, and Start.
